LILIT'S SHOES
At LILIT'S, each pair is handcrafted in Brazil using natural materials and finished by hand. Because these are high-quality handcrafted products, we have specific rules for international orders.

1. EXCHANGES – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
LILIT'S does not cover international exchanges.
If the customer wishes to make an exchange (due to size, model, or personal preference):
• All return shipping costs to Brazil are the responsibility of the customer.
• The cost of the new international shipment will also be fully paid by the customer.
• We do not offer automatic direct exchanges. The product must be returned and, after approval, the customer can make a new purchase.
Mandatory conditions for accepting the exchange:
• The product must not have been used or show signs of use.
• It must be returned in the original delivery box, with all accessories and protective packaging.
• It must be properly and securely packaged for international transport.
Products that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer.

2. RETURNS – EUROPEAN UNION
For customers located in the European Union, we respect the right of withdrawal in accordance with European legislation (European Union Consumer Rights Directive – 2011/83/EU).
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
Conditions:
• The product must not have been used.
• It must be in perfect condition.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for the international return shipping costs.
LILIT'S does not offer refunds.
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Customs clearance costs
• International shipping
The refund will be processed after the product is received and analyzed at our center in Brazil.

3. RETURNS – UNITED STATES 🇺🇸
For customers located in the United States:
We only accept returns in the following cases:
• Proven manufacturing defect
• Error in product shipment
We do not offer refunds due to buyer's remorse or change of preference.
If the customer wishes to exchange for a different size or model:
• All logistical costs (shipping and reshipping) are the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not cover international shipping costs.

4. RETURNS DUE TO DEFECTS
We only accept returns in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
The customer must:
• Notify LILIT'S within 7 days of receipt.
• Send detailed photos of the product.
• Awaiting technical analysis.
After confirming the defect, we can offer:
• Product replacement, or
• Credit for a new purchase, or
• Refund of the product price.
Important:
Natural variations in leather, wood, tone, texture, or minor handcrafted details are not considered defects.

5. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
LILIT'S is not responsible for:
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Customs clearance costs
• Local taxes of the destination country
These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
In the event of product refusal at customs or non-payment of taxes, LILIT'S is not responsible for a refund.
• LILIT'S reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
